What's New?

Please visit us often to see updates for the office. 

• We have received our seasonal flu vaccine today, December 2, 2009, for children over the age of 3 years.  Please call the office to schedule an appointment for your child if they need it.

• We have received a shipment of the seasonal flu vaccine for children under the age of 3 years only.  Please call the office if you would like to schedule an appointment for your child.  Your child must be under 36 months old to receive this vaccine.

• Medical Form:  Please make sure that you include your child's allergy and medical information on their camp/school forms before submitting to the office.  There is also a $5 fee for completion of your forms.  Thank you.
